Skin Simple Rescheduling, Cancellation and No-Show Policies

ancellation Policy:

  • Cancel 24 hours before your appointment to avoid charges.

  • Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead will result in a fee of 50% of the service cost.

No-Show Policy:

  • Not showing up without notice incurs a 100% service cost charge.

  • After two no-shows, you'll need to prepay for future services.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees, subject to availability.

Late Arrivals:

  • Arriving over 20 minutes late may lead to shortened or rescheduled services.

  • Very late arrivals will be considered no-shows.

Exceptions:

  • We may waive fees for emergencies, at our discretion.

Notification Methods:

  • To cancel or reschedule, use the Acuity link or email kerri@skinsimple.ca. Texts and social media messages are not accepted.

Refund Policy for Members:

  • Less than 24-hour cancellations incur a 50% charge; rescheduling is possible within the membership month.

  • No-show membership services are charged 100%; you can rebook within the membership month for another $125 and retain full benefits.
